Not everything we do is about implementation.  In many cases it is deep current educational insight our clients are seeking.

In 2015 the BBC came to us with two questions:

  • What did recent policy shake-ups mean for the direction of education and the types of resources that would be most valued?
  • How did time stretched teachers want to be communicated with today?

Deep quantitative, qualitative and online research uncovered the way policy changes and day-to-day teaching are lived on the ground and informed a series of:

  • Bespoke reports to bring the BBC Learning team¬†completely up to date with the current education landscape, including recent education reforms and their impact
  • In-depth multi-channel comms plans to ensure maximum awareness of and engagement with upcoming BBC Learning content launches

The reports have been presented and circulated widely to inform senior team members.
